1:00 P.M. Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting includes: Voting on Active & Sustaining Membership Categories; Election of President and Vice President, Announcements, Sign Ups, etc.,. We aim at a 2:30 adjournment.
Other counties Bring Salads, Sides, Bread

Graduation cake, coffee, tea will be provided
Paper plates and plastic tableware will also be provided
Why? Well the Botanical Garden has only 80 chairs!! And if we have more people than that we will need to get Chairs - Please, R.S.V.P. that you are coming.
